SUGARCREST SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

Version 2027.2

This Short Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is the standard agreement governing reservations at Sugarcrest. It is entered into between Sugarcrest, LLLP ("Sugarcrest") and the person identified as the primary renter in the separate Sugarcrest Booking Confirmation who affirmatively accepts this Agreement through Sugarcrest's electronic booking and payment process ("Primary Renter"). The Booking Confirmation states the reservation-specific terms, including the Primary Renter's name, rental dates, authorized occupancy, approved pets, total rental rate, payment schedule, booking reference, and any other reservation-specific terms (collectively, the "Booking Details"). Upon Primary Renter's electronic acceptance and required booking payment, the Booking Confirmation and Booking Details are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, Sugarcrest and Primary Renter agree as follows:

1. Property

The rental property ("Property") is located at 37857 North Sugar Lake Road, Cohasset, MN 55721. The Property includes two furnished cabins together with the grounds and recreational amenities made available by Sugarcrest.

2. Primary Renter; Rental Party

The rental party ("Rental Party") includes Primary Renter and the other persons authorized to occupy or use the Property under the Booking Confirmation and this Agreement. Primary Renter is the contracting guest and accepts responsibility for compliance by the Rental Party and permitted visitors with this Agreement and the Property Rules. Primary Renter also accepts the specific duty in Section 12 to communicate the applicable rules, risks, safety requirements, assumption-of-risk and release terms to the Rental Party and permitted visitors and to obtain and retain the required written or electronic acceptances. Sugarcrest does not require a complete roster of the Rental Party or copies of individual guest acceptances unless requested.

3. Maximum Occupancy; Visitors

The number of authorized overnight guests is stated in the Booking Confirmation and may not exceed 16 persons unless Sugarcrest approves otherwise. An additional charge of $100 per person per night may be assessed for overnight guests in excess of 16. Persons other than the authorized Rental Party may not visit or stay overnight on the Property without Sugarcrest's permission.

4. Rental Term; Check-In and Checkout

The specific check-in date ("Check-in Date") and checkout date ("Checkout Date") are stated in the Booking Confirmation. Unless the Booking Confirmation expressly states otherwise, the rental term ("Term") begins at 4:00 p.m. Central Time on the Check-in Date and ends at 11:00 a.m. Central Time on the Checkout Date.

5. Property Rules

Primary Renter agrees to abide by the Property Rules attached as Exhibit A and shall provide or communicate those rules to all members of the Rental Party and permitted visitors before or upon arrival, as applicable. Primary Renter shall take reasonable steps to cause the Rental Party and permitted visitors to comply with the rules at all times while on the Property. The notice and written-acceptance obligations in Section 12 are a material part of Primary Renter's responsibilities.

6. Rental Rate; Booking Payment; Balance

The total all-inclusive rental rate, required booking payment, balance due date, and other payment terms for the reservation are stated in the Booking Confirmation. Unless the Booking Confirmation states otherwise, the stated rental rate includes applicable sales taxes, cleaning fee, and damage protection. The amount displayed and paid in any Stripe checkout is the amount then due under the Booking Confirmation and does not replace or modify the total rental rate or remaining payment obligations stated in the Booking Confirmation.

7. Cancellation Policy

If Primary Renter cancels the reservation, payments will be refunded as follows:

• 100% if cancelled 120 or more days prior to the Check-in Date;

• 75% if cancelled 90 to 119 days prior to the Check-in Date;

• 50% if cancelled 60 to 89 days prior to the Check-in Date; and

• 0% if cancelled 59 or fewer days prior to the Check-in Date.

Primary Renter is encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance. Possible sources include www.insuremytrip.com and www.vacationrentalinsurance.com. Any insurance is solely between Primary Renter and the selected provider.

8. Rate Changes and Additional Charges

Rates are subject to change without notice before booking. Once the reservation is confirmed, the rental rate stated in the Booking Confirmation controls unless Sugarcrest and Primary Renter agree otherwise in writing or additional charges are incurred under this Agreement, the Booking Confirmation, or the Property Rules.

9. Payment and Electronic Acceptance

Payment shall be made through Stripe or another payment method approved by Sugarcrest. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment and Primary Renter's affirmative electronic acceptance of this Agreement. By checking the required agreement box and submitting payment, Primary Renter intentionally adopts that electronic action as Primary Renter's signature; confirms the Booking Details displayed or previously provided in the Booking Confirmation; and acknowledges receipt of, access to, and agreement to this Agreement, including Exhibits A and B and any applicable pet terms or written addendum. The parties agree to conduct this transaction electronically. Electronic records and signatures are intended to have the legal effect provided by Minnesota law, including Minnesota Statutes chapter 325L.

10. Integrated Agreement; Reservation-Specific Terms; Written Exceptions

The Booking Confirmation, this Agreement (including Exhibits A and B), and any written addendum expressly incorporated into the booking constitute the agreement between Sugarcrest and Primary Renter concerning the reservation. The Booking Confirmation controls reservation-specific details such as Primary Renter identity, dates, occupancy, approved pets, rental rate, payment amounts, and payment deadlines. This Agreement controls the general rental, risk-allocation, release, indemnification, safety, guest-notice, guest-acceptance, and Property Rule terms unless the Booking Confirmation expressly states a written exception. Any other exception or modification must be approved by Sugarcrest in writing. Primary Renter acknowledges having had the opportunity to review this Agreement before payment.

11. RISK DISCLOSURE; ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE BY PRIMARY RENTER

Primary Renter understands that use of the Property and its amenities can involve serious injury, death, and property damage. Risks include, without limitation:

• weather, wind, thunderstorms, lightning, severe storms, and changing outdoor conditions;

• trees, falling trees, branches and limbs - including trees or limbs affected by wind, storms, decay, disease, age, or other natural conditions - and resulting injury or damage to people, buildings, vehicles, or personal property;

• natural and uneven terrain, rocks, roots, slopes, trails, holes, wet or slippery surfaces, stairs, decks, docks, shoreline and beach areas;

• the cabins and other structures, including the ordinary risks associated with older buildings and building systems and features such as electrical wiring, outlets, switches, cords, lighting, baseboard heaters and other heating equipment, hot surfaces, plumbing, floors, stairs, railings, doors, windows, and similar components; electrical or heating equipment can cause shock, burns, fire, trip/fall injuries, or other injury if misused, damaged, obstructed, altered, or otherwise unsafe;

• Sugar Lake and all water-related activities, including swimming, wading, drowning, cold water, changing depths and bottom conditions, submerged objects, waves, weather, entering and exiting the water, docks, boats, watercraft, paddlecraft, lake toys, and other recreational equipment;

• the Duffer Golf Course and risks associated with golf and recreational activities;

• fireplace and fire-pit use, hot surfaces, smoke, sparks, and fire;

• wildlife, insects, plants, and other naturally occurring conditions, including bees, wasps, hornets, other stinging or biting insects, and nests or hives; bites or stings may cause severe allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, or death; and

• the use of furnishings, appliances, recreational items, and other personal property made available at Sugarcrest.

Primary Renter voluntarily assumes all inherent, obvious, and reasonably foreseeable risks of being on and using the Property and amenities, whether specifically listed above or not. Primary Renter understands that Sugarcrest is a rural, wooded lake property with older cabins and cannot guarantee that changing natural conditions, insects, building systems, equipment, or amenities will remain free from every hazard between inspections or during a stay. Primary Renter specifically understands that Sugarcrest cannot guarantee that the Property will be free of bees, wasps, hornets, nests, hives, or other insects, and assumes the risk of bites or stings and allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis or death. Persons with known severe allergies or sensitivities are responsible for taking appropriate personal precautions and having access to any medication or rescue device prescribed or recommended for them. Primary Renter is responsible for using reasonable care, monitoring weather and conditions, supervising children and others for whom Primary Renter is responsible, avoiding or stopping use of anything that appears unsafe, and promptly reporting unsafe or defective conditions.

RELEASE OF ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Primary Renter releases, waives, and discharges Sugarcrest, LLLP and its owners, agents, property managers, employees, and representatives from claims by Primary Renter for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the inherent risks of the Property or activities, or from the ordinary negligence of Sugarcrest or the released persons, including ordinary negligent inspection, maintenance, warning, supervision, or condition of the Property or amenities. This provision is intended specifically and unequivocally to include claims based on Sugarcrest's own ordinary negligence. It does not release gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, conduct greater than ordinary negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be released or waived under Minnesota law, including Minn. Stat. § 604.055.

12. Primary Renter Duty to Notify Rental Party and Obtain Written Acceptance

As a material condition of the rental, Primary Renter accepts responsibility for giving the Rental Party and permitted visitors the rules, risk disclosures, safety requirements, assumption-of-risk terms, and release terms applicable to their stay and use of the Property. Sugarcrest may rely on Primary Renter to perform these obligations and is not required to separately contact, register, or obtain signatures from individual guests or visitors.

• Before arrival, Primary Renter shall provide each adult overnight member of the Rental Party with a copy of Exhibit B, or with this Agreement including Exhibit B, and shall obtain that adult's written or electronic acknowledgment that the person has received and read the notice and accepts the Property Rules, disclosed risks, assumption of risk, release of ordinary negligence, and safety responsibilities stated in Exhibit B.

• Before recreational use, Primary Renter shall provide the same notice and obtain the same written or electronic acknowledgment from any adult permitted visitor who will use the lake, swimming areas, dock, beach, boats, watercraft, lake toys, Duffer Golf Course, fire areas, or other recreational amenities.

• For each minor, Primary Renter shall ensure that the minor's parent or legal guardian receives Exhibit B and the applicable Property Rules, is informed of the risks and supervision requirements, and provides a written or electronic acknowledgment of those responsibilities to the extent the parent or guardian is legally authorized to do so.

No particular Sugarcrest form, link, website, or signature platform is required for these guest acceptances. A text message, email, group-message response, electronically signed document, or other written or electronic communication is sufficient if it reasonably identifies the person and clearly reflects that person's acceptance. Primary Renter shall retain the guest acceptances and provide copies to Sugarcrest promptly upon request.

Primary Renter acknowledges that Sugarcrest is relying on Primary Renter to perform this Section. Failure to provide the required notices, obtain or retain the required acceptances, or provide them to Sugarcrest upon request is a material breach of this Agreement. Such failure does not reduce Primary Renter's own assumption of risk, release, responsibility, or indemnification obligations and does not create any additional duty on the part of Sugarcrest to identify, contact, or obtain acceptance directly from members of the Rental Party or permitted visitors.

13. Primary Renter Responsibility; Indemnification

Primary Renter is responsible for property damage, extra charges, and losses caused by Primary Renter or by members of the Rental Party or permitted visitors to the extent provided in this Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sugarcrest, LLLP and its owners, agents, property managers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the extent caused by or arising from: (a) Primary Renter's breach of this Agreement, including failure to communicate the Property Rules or risk and safety terms, failure to provide Exhibit B, failure to obtain or retain the written or electronic guest acceptances required by Section 12, or failure to provide those acceptances to Sugarcrest upon request; or (b) the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of Primary Renter, members of the Rental Party, or permitted visitors. This indemnity includes losses reasonably attributable to Primary Renter's failure to perform Section 12, including a third-party claim that would have been barred, reduced, or more readily defended had Primary Renter performed the required notice and acceptance obligations. This indemnity is not intended to require Primary Renter to indemnify Sugarcrest for gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, conduct greater than ordinary negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be shifted or waived.

14. Minors; Supervision

Children and minors must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult, particularly around the lake, swimming areas, dock, beach, boats, watercraft, lake toys, Duffer Golf Course, fireplace, fire pit, wooded or uneven areas, older-building features, baseboard heaters or other heating equipment, electrical equipment, and areas where bees, wasps, hornets, or other stinging insects may be present. Sugarcrest does not provide lifeguards or child supervision. Primary Renter shall communicate these requirements to the Rental Party and shall ensure that parents and guardians are responsible for their own minors, including precautions appropriate for any known severe allergy or sensitivity and the acknowledgment obligations described in Section 12.

15. Notice of Unsafe or Defective Conditions

Primary Renter and the Rental Party shall promptly notify Sugarcrest or its property manager of any condition, equipment, appliance, recreational item, tree or limb condition, insect nest or hive, dock condition, electrical or heating issue, mechanical issue, or other circumstance that reasonably appears unsafe or defective, and shall stop using or avoid the affected area or item until it can be evaluated or addressed. Guests shall not attempt repairs, alter wiring or electrical components, disable safety devices, or modify heating equipment.

16. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by Minnesota law. To the extent a venue provision is enforceable, any action arising from this Agreement or the rental shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where practicable, severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

18. Survival

Payment obligations, damage obligations, releases, assumption-of-risk provisions, indemnification obligations, and other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive checkout shall survive expiration of the Term.

EXHIBIT A

SUGARCREST RENTAL RULES

1. No Indoor Smoking

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cabins or inside any other facilities on the Property. Primary Renter agrees to pay not less than $450 for odor abatement if smoking occurs inside either cabin. Cigarette butts from outdoor smoking shall be disposed of properly in black receptacles located near both cabins and shall not be left on the grounds. Cleanup or remediation costs may be charged to Primary Renter, applied against any security or damage-protection arrangement, and/or submitted as a damage claim.

2. Rental Party Use Only

Guests may not exceed the authorized overnight occupancy stated in the Booking Confirmation. Persons other than the approved Rental Party may not visit or stay overnight on the Property without Sugarcrest's permission. All members of the Rental Party and permitted visitors are the responsibility of Primary Renter for purposes of the Property Rules. Failure to obtain approval for additional persons - whether daytime visitors or overnight guests - may result in additional charges and/or removal from the Property.

3. Safety; Personal and Property Responsibility

Primary Renter and members of the Rental Party are responsible for using reasonable care while on the Property. Before using recreational items, furnishings, equipment, lake toys, boats, watercraft, or other personal property provided by Sugarcrest, users should inspect the item and be familiar with its proper use. The cabins are older structures; use electrical and heating systems only as intended. Do not tamper with wiring, outlets, switches, breakers, baseboard heaters, or other building systems; do not use visibly damaged cords or equipment; do not overload outlets or circuits; and do not place bedding, clothing, furniture, luggage, or other combustible materials against or over baseboard heaters or other hot surfaces. Do not use any item or area that appears unsafe, damaged, or inappropriate for the intended user. Promptly report unsafe or defective conditions. The Assumption of Risk, Release, guest-notice/acceptance, and Indemnification provisions in Sections 11 through 15 of the Agreement apply to use of the Property and its amenities.

4. Proper Use, Care and Return

During the stay, the Rental Party is expected to use the Property, cabins, appliances, furnishings, lake toys, and other recreational items in a manner that keeps them in good order, prevents loss or damage, and, if moved, returns them to their original location before departure.

5. Damage to Property

Primary Renter acknowledges that the cabins and all Property associated with them, including appliances, fixtures, furnishings, lake toys, and recreational items, are to be left undamaged. If rental property is not left in suitable condition, Sugarcrest may apply available damage protection or any security deposit, file a claim under any applicable property-damage protection plan, and/or bill Primary Renter for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs not otherwise covered.

6. Pets

Due to enhanced cleaning protocols, a maximum of two non-aggressive-breed pets are permitted only on a case-by-case, Owner-approved basis and only if reflected in the Booking Confirmation or otherwise approved in writing. For approved pets: keep pets on the Property (and leashed if they wander); clean up after them in the yard; wipe them down before entering the cabins if wet or dirty; and, if they tend to chew or damage property, do not leave them in the cabins unattended or uncrated. Thanks in advance for making it easy on our cleaning crew led by Lisa Hunter.

7. Housekeeping

There is no daily housekeeping service.

8. Garbage

Garbage must be placed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle and emptied into the large garbage cans located in the Main House laundry room. When the cans are full, please contact the Sugarcrest property manager to schedule pickup.

9. Duffer Golf Course

The Duffer Golf Course is used at the user's own risk. No children under age 12 may use the Golf Course without adult supervision. Primary Renter is responsible for damage to cabins or other structures caused by use of the Golf Course. The risk-assumption and release provisions of the Agreement and, where accepted, Exhibit B apply to use of the Golf Course.

10. Owner's Property

The Garages are off limits. The Property may also contain Owner's private items or closets that are not available for guest use. Such areas or items may be identified by signs, labels, or other written notice. Unauthorized use of Owner's private property may result in a loss or damage claim.

11. Mechanical Failures

Sugarcrest cannot guarantee against mechanical failures, including septic-system failures, electrical failures, ceiling fans, heating or air-conditioning units, televisions, streaming/satellite/cable equipment, telephones, internet, washer/dryer, or other appliances. Primary Renter agrees to notify Sugarcrest as soon as reasonably possible of defective or non-working units or systems. Sugarcrest or its agent will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace defective units or systems as quickly and efficiently as reasonably possible.

12. Extra Charges

Primary Renter agrees to be billed for charges incurred by Primary Renter or the Rental Party while renting the Property, including but not limited to pay-per-view charges, deliveries to the cabins, catering charges, extra occupancy charges, extraordinary cleanup, or other authorized or chargeable items.

13. Fireplace

During warm-weather months, outdoor fires in the Fire Pit are encouraged instead of indoor fires. If weather makes an indoor fire more appropriate, guests may use the fireplace in the Main House living room. Wood should be available either in the wood box near the fireplace or in the stack of wood for the outdoor Fire Pit. Before starting a fire, open the damper. During the fire, leave the screen in place. When the fire is fully extinguished, close the damper.

14. Fire Pit

Outdoor fires must be contained to the fire pit located southwest of the Main House. Wood for the fire may be taken from the nearby stack of chopped wood and transported by wheelbarrow or collected from the trail system throughout the Property. Never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish all fires before retiring for the night or leaving the Property. Follow any governmental burning restrictions or emergency orders in effect during the stay.

15. Water and Septic

The cabins use well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. The septic systems are effective but may clog if improper material is flushed or if use exceeds permitted occupancy. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products, wipes, paper towels, and other materials must not be flushed. Primary Renter may be charged for pumping, repair, cleanup, or other costs caused by misuse of the septic systems, including misuse by the Rental Party or visitors.

16. Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS)

Please help us protect Sugar Lake and comply with Minnesota aquatic-invasive-species requirements. Anyone bringing or transporting a watercraft or water-related equipment is responsible for complying with Minnesota law, including cleaning aquatic plants and prohibited invasive species from watercraft, trailers, gear and equipment; draining all water and leaving drain plugs out during transport; and properly disposing of unwanted bait. Watercraft and equipment must not be transported or launched in violation of Minnesota AIS laws. Additional decontamination may be advisable or required depending on the circumstances. For current guidance, see https://www.siseebakwet.com/ais and https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/invasives/ais/index.html. Primary Renter shall communicate these requirements to members of the Rental Party who bring, rent, or use watercraft.

EXHIBIT B

SUGARCREST GUEST RISK NOTICE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE

Version 2027.2 - For Adult Guests and Recreational Visitors

Sugarcrest is a rural, wooded lake property with older cabins. This short notice is intended to make the Property's principal risks clear and to obtain each adult guest's own acknowledgment and release before arrival or recreational use. It is separate from the Primary Renter's booking agreement and may be provided by the Primary Renter in paper or electronic form. No Sugarcrest website, form, or signature platform is required for a guest to provide written or electronic acceptance.

1. Risks You Acknowledge

You understand that Sugarcrest includes wooded outdoor areas, older cabins and structures, uneven natural terrain, trees and limbs, stairs, decks, shoreline, beach and dock areas, Sugar Lake, swimming and water activities, boats/watercraft/lake toys, the Duffer Golf Course, fireplaces and fire areas, electrical and heating systems, baseboard heaters and hot surfaces, furnishings and appliances, wildlife, bees, wasps, hornets, other stinging or biting insects, plants, and other indoor and outdoor features. Conditions can change with weather, wind, storms, water, natural processes, insect activity, age, use by people, and ordinary wear.

2. Specific Tree and Weather Risks

You acknowledge the risk that trees, branches, or limbs may fall because of wind, storms, decay, disease, age, or other natural conditions and may injure people or damage buildings, vehicles, or personal property. You agree to monitor conditions, avoid wooded and exposed areas during dangerous weather, and use reasonable care.

3. Specific Lake and Water Risks

You acknowledge that lake and water activities can cause serious injury or death, including drowning. Sugarcrest does not provide lifeguards. Risks include changing water depth and bottom conditions, submerged objects, cold water, waves, weather, slippery docks and shoreline, entering or exiting boats or watercraft, and use of lake toys or recreational equipment. You are responsible for your own swimming ability, prudent use of life jackets and safety equipment, supervision of minors for whom you are responsible, and avoiding activities beyond your ability or that appear unsafe.

4. Specific Stinging Insect and Severe Allergy Risks

Bees, wasps, hornets, and other stinging or biting insects are naturally occurring at a rural, wooded lake property and may build or occupy nests or hives in trees, the ground, structures, decks, docks, outdoor furniture, or other areas. Nests or hives may form or remain undiscovered between inspections, and Sugarcrest cannot guarantee that the Property will be free of them. Bites or stings can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis and death. If you or a minor for whom you are responsible has a known severe allergy or sensitivity, you voluntarily assume the risk of exposure and are responsible for taking appropriate personal precautions and having access to any medication or emergency treatment device prescribed or recommended for that person.

5. Specific Cabin, Electrical and Heating Risks

You acknowledge that the cabins are older structures and contain electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, cords, baseboard heaters and other heating equipment, hot surfaces, stairs, railings, floors, doors, windows, plumbing, appliances, and other building components. These systems and features can present risks including electrical shock, burns, fire, trips, falls, cuts, pinches, splinters, or other injury if misused, damaged, obstructed, altered, or otherwise unsafe. You agree to use building systems and equipment only as intended; keep combustible materials away from heaters and hot surfaces; not tamper with electrical or heating systems; stop using any area or item that appears unsafe; and promptly report the condition to the Primary Renter or Sugarcrest.

6. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume the inherent, obvious, and reasonably foreseeable risks of entering, staying at, and using Sugarcrest and its amenities, including the risks described above, including insect bites or stings and severe allergic reactions.

7. RELEASE OF ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, you release, waive, and discharge Sugarcrest, LLLP and its owners, agents, property managers, employees, and representatives from claims by you for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the inherent risks of the Property or activities, or from the ordinary negligence of Sugarcrest or the released persons, including ordinary negligent inspection, maintenance, warning, supervision, or condition of the Property or amenities. This provision is intended specifically and unequivocally to include claims based on Sugarcrest's own ordinary negligence. It does not release gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, conduct greater than ordinary negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be released or waived under Minnesota law, including Minn. Stat. § 604.055.

8. Property Rules and Safety

You agree to follow Sugarcrest's Property Rules and safety instructions communicated by the Primary Renter, Sugarcrest, posted signs, or property personnel. Do not use an area or item that appears unsafe or defective; stop use and report the condition promptly.

9. Minors

If you are a parent or legal guardian responsible for a minor at Sugarcrest, you agree to provide appropriate supervision, particularly around water, docks, boats, watercraft, golf, fires, wooded areas, uneven terrain, and stinging-insect exposure. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions for any known severe allergy or sensitivity of the minor and for having access to any medication or emergency treatment device prescribed or recommended for the minor. Any acceptance on behalf of a minor is made only to the extent you are legally authorized to do so.

10. Written or Electronic Acceptance

By stating in writing or electronically that you have read and accept this Sugarcrest Guest Risk Notice, Assumption of Risk & Release, Version 2027.2, you acknowledge that you have received and read it, understand and voluntarily accept the disclosed risks and responsibilities, agree to the release of ordinary negligence stated above, and intend your written or electronic response to serve as your acceptance. No particular wording, form, link, or platform is required so long as your communication clearly reflects acceptance.
