If you've discovered Sugarcrest from the lake, through friends, or simply wondered about the property you've passed on Sugar Lake, you're not alone.
We’ve been welcoming guests here for more than a decade, but today Sugarcrest is rarely advertised and most summer weeks never become publicly available.
Our guests tend to return.
Families reserve the same week year after year, booking a year in advance. We've had the privilege of watching children grow from grade school to college and beyond, while families return to make another summer's worth of memories together.
More than 3,000 guests from across the country and around the world have stayed at Sugarcrest or attended an event hosted here, yet the property still feels like something of a well-kept secret.
Summer Stays
During the prime summer season, Sugarcrest is generally reserved for six-night stays, with rates starting at $1,500 per night and adjusted based on the week and demand.
Prime summer dates are currently reserved by returning guests.
Occasionally, however, a family skips a year or a week becomes available. When that happens, we first reach out to people on our Sugarcrest Wait List.

Whether you're seeking a one-time stay or, if Sugarcrest proves to be a great fit, would be interested in returning for the same week in future summers
Availability is limited, and joining the Wait List doesn't guarantee a reservation. But when a Sugarcrest week opens, this is where we look first.
