Felice's background includes an antitrust legal practice with Morgan Lewis and Ropes & Gray. She also helped build and manage two of the largest legal staffing firms in the U.S. and she captained the team that won an exclusive contract to provide legal staffing services to DuPont Legal and its Primary Law Firm Network. In addition, Felice was intimately involved in the DuPont Legal Model and played a significant role in the planning and implementation of the first Conference on Women and the Practice of Law for DuPont. Before beginning her legal career, Felice served her country as a Russian Linguist in the United States Air Force. Felice is the former President of the Legal Marketing Association's Capital Chapter -- which won LMA Chapter of the Year honors during her tenure as President. She was also co-chair of the 2008 LMA Annual Conference -- which set a record for attendance -- and is a regular speaker at industry events and firm retreats. Her articles on business development and client loyalty have appeared in several print and Web publications such as Of Counsel, The American Bar Association's Law Practice Today, Marketing for Lawyers, Legal Times, Strategies: The Journal of Legal Marketing, Law.com, FindLaw, and lexisONE. A graduate of Fordham Law School, Mary practiced law with and began her marketing career at Thompson Hine in Cleveland. From 1999 to March 2003, she was the director of business development at Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman in Charlotte, N.C. Mary is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association and a marketing volunteer with the Mecklenburg County Bar organization. Mary is certified to administer The WorkPlace Big Five Profile. The WorkPlace Big Five Profile was developed at the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies specifically for use in the workplace. The personality assessment is oriented exclusively for workplace issues and covers workplace behaviors such as communication, supervision, facilitation, client service orientation, coaching and sales. She provides executive coaching, team coaching, and emerging leader coaching in organizations to assist executives and their teams with setting strategic direction, managing talent, and developing leadership bench strength. She also develops leaders in teambuilding, sales, planning and conducting effective meetings, and facilitating change. Suzi serves in a number of international Board of Director positions and volunteer leadership roles, donating time and resources to organizations that are leading the future of the coaching profession. Suzi was the Chairman of the first ICCO Symposium in Washington, DC on The Global Implications of Organizational Coaching. Suzi has been guest faculty and a featured speaker to industry leaders in more than a dozen coaching schools and communities worldwide including: Association of Coach Training Organizations, Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development International Gestalt Coaching Program, Adler School of Professional Studies/ Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto Leadership Coaching Certificate Program. Suzi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education. Marsha Redmon is a former practicing attorney and award-winning journalist who specializes in teaching lawyers and executives how to communicate most effectively with the media, clients and each other. Her expertise is taking complex issues and helping her clients tell the stories behind them. Marsha has helped over a hundred lawyers at top firms in the US and the UK to get the media exposure and brand recognition they want through media training, presentation skills and messaging workshops. In the corporate world, Marsha has trained and coached executives from the Fortune 50 to startups -- with customized workshops on media training, messaging, presentation skills and executive skills. Marsha's experience spans law, broadcast news reporting and consumer advocacy. She was an award-winning consumer and investigative reporter on television. Her on-air news career spanned ten years in television and radio. Marsha also practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Mazzarella Dunwoody. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and a cum laude graduate of Wheaton College with a degree in speech communication. AMY KNAPP ![]() Amy Knapp is a business development and marketing consultant with over 20 years of experience in the professional services industry. She has served as senior marketing strategist, communications professional, and creative team leader, and is an expert in legal services marketing and business development. Over the past several years, Amy's projects have included re-branding and business development campaigns for mid-size and AMLAW 200 law firms. Her work has included web repositioning, e-marketing, national advertising, practice-group specific business development campaigns, RFPs and proposals. Other projects have included the introduction of E-Z Pass to New Jersey highways and the introduction of high-end food retailer Dean & DeLuca to the D.C. market. Graduating from Westminster College with degrees in Political Science and Writing, she went to work for Daniel J. Edelman, one of the world's largest PR firms. She has also served as speechwriter for the President of the National Association of Homebuilders, and directed a consulting firm where she focused on public presentations and community-wide information campaigns, including the first electronic town meetings.
