2. Pre-Training Assessment: Next, before we present our programs, participants will be invited to anonymously answer several planning questions via e-mail. The respondents' answers will help us further customize the training program and provide a benchmark for post-training comparison. Top

3. Post-Training Assessment: When the training is completed, we will again ask participants to anonymously answer a list of program assessment questions via e-mail. Their answers will provide you with an assessment of our performance. You will also be able to see how much your staff has learned and gauge their level of satisfaction with our program. 4. Ongoing Training Assessment: Finally, if you choose to subscribe to our ongoing training program, we will take steps to further align our curriculum with your development needs.
