As a result, we encourage our clients to set performance standards for us and to hold us accountable for getting results. To help you gauge the effectiveness of our training programs, we have developed the following 4-step approach:

1. Pre-Training Planning: First, you determine the focus of our programs by answering questions we pose in a simple assessment sheet. We'll use this as a guide during our pre-training planning meeting, where we'll work directly with you and your firm principals to develop your program content and establish the criteria by which our performance will be measured. 2. Pre-Training Assessment: Next, before we present our programs, participants will be invited to anonymously answer several planning questions via e-mail. The respondents' answers will help us further customize the training program and provide a benchmark for post-training comparison. Top

3. Post-Training Assessment: When the training is completed, we will again ask participants to anonymously answer a list of program assessment questions via e-mail. Their answers will provide you with an assessment of our performance. You will also be able to see how much your staff has learned and gauge their level of satisfaction with our program. In addition, we will meet with you to assess your satisfaction with our performance. Top

4. Ongoing Training Assessment: Finally, if you choose to subscribe to our ongoing training program, we will take steps to further align our curriculum with your development needs. In the process, we will work with you to establish specific performance standards so that we can track and manage the results of our ongoing training efforts as well as the performance of your team.
